A Southern California native, Nathan developed an interest in an active and healthy lifestyle while playing high school football and track and field. Nathan found a passion for fitness and nutrition while pursuing his education at Brigham Young University (BYU), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness.
While completing his undergraduate degree, he worked on campus as a member of the football equipment operations staff for the football team and worked closely with Jay Omer, former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at BYU.
After graduating from BYU in 2013, he moved to Gilbert, Arizona, where he worked as a qualified TRX® trainer, taught weekly Bootcamp classes, and trained private clients. This experience led him to a passion for continuing to teach TRX® group exercise classes and other group exercise class formats.
Nathan also has experience working in a physical therapy clinic with patients in their exercise rehab program.
Nathan is also a certified online trainer and Glute Specialist. His expertise guides clients through dramatic yet sustainable changes in their nutrition and exercise habits with the help of a certified coach.
When Nathan is not coaching his clients, he spends his spare time hiking, visiting national parks, and traveling with his wife, Whitney. He's also a fan of attending BYU athletic events.
