A Southern California native, Nathan developed interest in an active and healthy lifestyle while playing high school football and track and field. Nathan found a passion for fitness and nutrition while he pursuing his education at Brigham Young University (BYU), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness.
While completing his undergraduate degree, he worked on campus as a member of the football equipment operations staff for the football team and worked closely with Jay Omer who was the former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at BYU (2000-2014).
After graduating from BYU in 2013, he moved to Gilbert, Arizona where he worked as a qualified TRX® trainer and taught weekly Bootcamp classes in addition training private clients in the East Valley area. This also led a passion in continuing teach TRX® group exercise classes and other group exercise class formats.
Nathan also has a background and experience working in a physical therapy clinic with patients in their exercise rehab program.
Nathan is also a Certified Online Trainer. His expertise guides clients through dramatic yet sustainable changes in their nutrition and exercise habits from help of a certified coach.
